VIP WELCOME PARTY

Your VIP pass gets you exclusive access to a private reception on Thursday, Feb. 2, from 5-7pm ET in the MassMutual Lounge. There will be an open bar and light bites served. You’ll get to meet and greet with celebrity influencers and creators at this exclusive party.

The MassMutual Lounge is located on the third floor (curve level) of the venue. This party is open to VIP credentialed guests and VIP wristbands guests. Please have your credential and/or wristband ready when you check in.

Where will the Major II take place?

The Major II Tournament will take place at the MGM Fenway Music Hall, located at 2 Lansdowne St, Boston, MA 02215.  The Challengers Open Boston tournament will take place at the State Street Pavilion at Fenway Park, located via private entrance at 20 Jersey Street (mobility via Gate D), Boston, MA 02215.

When will the Major II take place?

The Major II Tournament will take place February 2-5, 2023.  The Challengers Open Boston tournament will take place February 3-5, 2023.

Is there an age limit?

Attendees must be 17+ unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.  All attendees under the age of 17 must present a consent form, signed by a parent or legal guardian, in order to attend the event.  Spectators 16 years old must present a signed consent form, but do not need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian.  Spectators 13-15 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian AND present a signed consent form.  Spectators under the age of 13 are not permitted in the venue.  The minor in attendance form can be accessed here.  Please print, complete the form, and bring it with you to the venue.  If you forget the form, there will be backup copies at the entrance, if needed.

What is the Covid-19 policy?

If you are sick, with symptoms or have come in direct contact with a person who is positive for COVID, please do not come to the MGM or Fenway.

Can I bring my backpack?

Bags up to 12” x 6” x 12” are allowed in the venue.  All bags will be searched prior to entry.  Bags that are not clear will be subject to additional search.

Can I bring in food or drink?

No outside food or drink will be allowed inside the venue.  There are concessions in the venues to purchase food and beverages once you are inside. 

What is the photo policy?

No flash photography.

MUST-KNOW

ALL WEAPONS PROHIBITED

Guests, including law enforcement personnel not present in an official capacity, are prohibited from bringing weapons into the venue. We do not provide weapon lockers. Weapons may not be checked in. Weapons include, but are not limited to, the following: firearms, explosives, stun guns, handcuffs, brass knuckles, sticks, clubs, batons, martial arts instruments, pepper spray, tear gas, projectiles of any kind, knives and weapon replicas. Guests found in possession of the above-mentioned items will be asked to remove the item from the venue or dispose of it. Guests who refuse to comply will be evicted from the premises.

PROHIBITED ITEMS

Illegal drugs or substances of any kind including marijuana, drug paraphernalia, bags or backpacks that do not comply with venue’s bag policy, alcohol cans or glass containers, outside food or drink (except approved items), Go-Pros, selfie sticks, laser pointers, unsealed liquids or gels, jewelry or clothing that could inflict harm including spiked jewelry, and stuffed animals or toys. The list of prohibited items is subject to change at the discretion of venue management.

NO SMOKING

Lighters are not allowed in the venue and there is absolutely NO SMOKING OR VAPING allowed per the city of Boston Ordinances. Any smoking or vaping will result in IMMEDIATE EJECTION from the event.

MEDICATION

Any medication must be accompanied with proof of prescription.

ALCOHOL POLICY

The consumption of alcohol is prohibited by patrons under the age of 21. Anyone violating this by law will be evicted and the alcohol will be confiscated without refund. To purchase alcoholic beverages, a patron must present a valid MA driver’s license, MA liquor ID, US passport or military ID, which indicates the patron to be at least 21 years of age. Duplicate licenses, expired licenses, damaged licenses and drivers licenses which do not have photos will not be accepted. Patrons with MA ID cards will be required to present a second form of identification (e.g. credit card). Out of state licenses are acceptable only if the patron is at least 25 years of age. Patrons between the ages of 25-30 who provide an out-of-state driver’s license will be required to produce a second form of identification (e.g., credit card) Rhode Island patron’s between 21 and 30 years of age must present valid, non-duplicated state issued driver’s license and will be required to present a second form of identification (e.g., credit card). Any patron in the possession of alcoholic beverages on premises may be requested to produce identification which must satisfy the foregoing requirements. No refunds will be offered for confiscated beverages. Any patron who presents false identification or who passes alcohol to a minor may be subject to eviction and arrest. We will not serve more than two alcoholic beverages to a patron at one time and we reserve the right to limit service to one drink per patron. We will not serve any patron whom we believe to be intoxicated. Alcoholic beverages may not be taken into or removed from the premises. Any patron in the possession of alcoholic beverages not obtained on the premises will be subject to eviction. We retain the right to refuse any ID, and to refuse/cease service to any patron at any time. Patrons who are evicted or refused entry for violating the alcohol policy will not be issued a refund.
